The Problem

What I Do

I come in for 2–3 months, clean up what is brittle, set up what is missing, and build a DevOps AI Harness around your actual stack.

The DevOps AI Harness is the core deliverable. It is a Claude Code setup built around your infrastructure so your team can use AI that actually understands your systems instead of giving generic answers. That includes:

• Context files that capture your architecture, conventions, and operational knowledge
• CLI tools wired into your real environment
• Runbooks and playbooks built into the system
• A setup your team can query and use for real operational work

When I am done, your CTO or lead dev can handle day-to-day DevOps confidently without having to become a DevOps expert.

How I Charge

• Discovery: $500 for a 1–2 day audit.
• Buildout: $30–50K over 2–3 months. Scoped from discovery.
• Advisory Retainer: $1–3K/mo (optional). Keeps the harness current and gives your team backup when something unusual comes up.

The discovery makes the pricing clear before the build starts. No guessing. No vague range with nothing behind it.

Who I Work With

I usually work with tech companies where DevOps is falling on the CTO or a senior developer because there is no proper DevOps ownership. Usually that means:

• No dedicated DevOps person, and they do not want to hire one full-time
• Infrastructure exists but is brittle, under-documented, or held together ad hoc
• They want their existing team to be able to run things after the engagement
• Companies starting greenfield who want to build it right from day one

I have spent 8+ years building and managing cloud infrastructure for tech companies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and DigitalOcean. I do not just clean up infrastructure. I build the systems, context, and handoff your team needs to keep running it after I leave.
